Charles Moni has had a long and successful career spanning more than 30 years at the Wall Street. A dedicated professional, he has excellent command and understanding of the financial market. He has worked with many companies and helped them in adjusting their business strategies according to the financial fluctuations in the market and make profits through spin offs and restructuring. In his 30 years at the Wall Street, he has focused on stock market performance of companies following a spin off and restructuring.

Through the years, he has been a member of several boards, organizations, committees, and advisory councils in various reputed firms. Charles Moni, broker also wrote a paper titled, “Spin Offs: A Winning Strategy Gets Bigger and Better.” He used his experience as a broker on Wall Street to write the paper which detailed the various facets of corporate restructuring. He has also given counsel to his clients in the corporate community regarding the benefits of corporate restructuring and spin offs.

Charles Moni also founded Rowland Associates to provide business owners with advice and counsel regarding expansions, consolidations and divestitures regarding their businesses. They will provide assistance to companies that need capital for growth in related businesses and economies of scale. Rowland Associated LLC will also help companies that are subsidiaries of larger companies that no longer fit into the growth of the parent company. At Rowland Associates LLC, he is the head of the Selection Committee that determines which companies Rowland will invest in.

Along with his financial responsibilities, Charles Moni also works to make the world a better place by associating with various humanitarian organizations. He is a member of Princeton Gentlemen’s Society which conducts football games around Thanksgiving to gather funds for welfare and wellbeing of senior citizens living in senior citizen facilities in or near Princeton, New Jersey.
